Frequently asked questions
Do we deliver?
Yes! We have a wide delivery area covering most of South Birmingham and nearby surrounds, as well as the city centre. We are also members of Interflora, the world’s most well-known relay service, so we can organise deliveries throughout the UK and world wide.
Same day delivery is £7.99, all other deliveries UK £5.99, overseas
£7.99.
Do you guarantee your flowers?
Every order is individually made by one of our trained florists.
Due to the seasonality of flowers the designs may differ slightly
from the picture. All our orders are covered by a quality and value
guarantee and we also offer a 24 hour exchange policy on all our
deliveries.
What are your delivery times?
We offer same day delivery and although cannot specify an exact time we will always do our best to deliver when the recipient is in. Even if you order later in the day, don’t worry, if we can’t deliver it ourselves, then we can organise delivery by taxi. (Price depending on distance) Interflora also offers same day delivery, as long as the order is received before 2pm.
Do you deliver to works addresses?
We can always deliver to a workplace, providing we have the full address, contact telephone if possible, and the time that the recipient is working till. |
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, and don’t worry if a ward doesn’t accept fresh flowers, as we offer a range of balloons, chocolates and teddies as well as fruit baskets. Locally we deliver to the Queen Elizabeth, The Woman’s, Royal Orthopaedic, Selly Oak, The Children’s
Hospital. Delivery further afield can be arranged through our Interflora service.
Do you deliver funeral flowers?
Yes, we can deliver funeral flowers to either the house or the funeral directors who are handling the funeral. Alternatively, tributes can be collected directly from the shop.
Do you deliver to churches and crematoriums?
If at all possible we try to avoid delivering to churches and crematoriums as we can’t guarantee the flowers arriving at the funeral. We will make every effort to find out the address of the house or funeral directors.
Are you open on Sundays and bank holidays?
Sorry, but we are not open on Sundays and bank holidays, but can arrange for deliveries to be made late as possible the last working day before, or alternatively, gifts and flowers can be collected from our shop.
What happens if the recipient is out?
If possible, we will leave the flowers with a neighbour. If no-one is able to take the flowers then we will return then back to the shop for redelivery, either way we will pop a card through the door to say we have called. |
