Order before 2pm for Same Day Flower Delivery
We deliver flowers locally 6 days a week. Same day flower delivery Monday to Friday when flowers are ordered by 2pm. All our flowers are personally hand-delivered by our drivers ensuring they are received on time and most importantly in good condition. Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To ensure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 2:00 pm, Monday – Saturday. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (this must be received before same day cut off time shown above).
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific delivery times except for funerals and weddings, however we will try and accommodate this if required.
Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. Online deliveries can only be in the UK. To send flowers overseas please telephone.

Our team are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to grave plots at Crematoriums, we can only deliver if there is somebody there to receive the order. We are happy to deliver to Churches if this has been arranged with the Church.
Orders are only delivered once, if the recipient is not at home then the flowers will be left in a safe place if requested, a neighbour if they are happy to have the responsibility or taken back to our store. An “attention” card will be posted through their letter box to inform them of an attempted delivery. If an incorrect recipient address is provided and the delivery was attempted then no refund will be available. We must be provided with correct information before the delivery takes place.
We are not responsible for stolen goods, if for example we are instructed to leave the arrangement on the doorstep. Refunds will also not be issued if for any reason the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers or plant a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at The Flower Centre earliest convenience.
